Bank Policy Writer – FinTech Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bank Policy Writer to develop, draft and maintain banking and operational policies for MAKE Financial Technologies SEZ in Anguilla. The role sits at the intersection of compliance and operations, ensuring policies meet local regulations and international fintech standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and maintain comprehensive banking policies, procedures, and internal manuals.
• Ensure alignment with Anguilla regulatory requirements and labor laws.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to update policies based on evolving fintech requirements and cross‑border partnership agreements.
• Maintain policy repositories to support audit readiness and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in policy writing for financial institutions or fintech companies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly master Anguilla’s legal and regulatory environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
