Bank Policy Writer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bank Policy Writer to join our fast‑growing fintech team. The successful candidate will lead the creation, revision and upkeep of banking and operational policies for MAKE Financial Technologies SEZ, ensuring they meet Anguilla’s regulatory framework and international best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and maintain comprehensive banking policies, procedures and internal manuals.
• Ensure all policies align with Anguilla’s Labor Act 2022 and other local regulations.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to incorporate changes driven by evolving fintech requirements and cross‑border partnership agreements.
• Manage policy repositories to support audit readiness and ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing policies for financial institutions or fintech companies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Ability to quickly master Anguilla’s legal and regulatory environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
