About the role

The Director of Housekeeping leads the housekeeping operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, overseeing rooms, residences and villas. This senior position requires strong attention to detail, strategic planning, and effective communication with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule and manage all housekeeping staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Develop and maintain detailed cleaning and preventive‑maintenance programs for furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Set and uphold high standards of cleanliness across all property areas.
• Address guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Coordinate housekeeping services for residence owners and respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone.
• Monitor departmental financial goals, control labor costs and manage expenses for uniforms, linen, supplies and contract services.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee procurement of housekeeping supplies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale hotel or resort housekeeping operations.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments.
