About the role

MAKE is building the world’s first financial platform for content creators. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bank Policy Writer to join our fintech team in The Valley, Anguilla, and lead the creation and upkeep of banking and operational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain comprehensive banking policies, procedures, and internal manuals.
• Ensure all policies align with Anguilla regulatory requirements, including the Anguilla Labor Act 2022.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to update policies as fintech regulations and cross‑border partnership agreements evolve.
• Maintain policy repositories to support audit readiness and ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing policies for financial institutions or fintech companies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Ability to quickly master Anguilla’s legal and regulatory environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
