Customer Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Hive Careers is looking for a proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive new client growth across the Eastern Caribbean region. Working fully remotely, you will partner with marketing and sales to generate leads, optimise conversion funnels, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and convert leads.
• Analyse and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion, maximising acquisition rates.
• Monitor KPIs related to acquisition efforts and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maintain consistent messaging.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Manage acquisition budgets to meet targets efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of proven experience in B2B customer acquisition, client outreach or sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
