Engagement and Customer Service Partner

About the role

The Independent Contractor Engagement and Customer Service Partner will act as the primary on‑island resource supporting the Government of Anguilla (GOA) and Identity Digital in the operation of the .ai country‑code top‑level domain. The role combines stakeholder liaison, public‑relations support, and technical documentation to ensure smooth domain management and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for the GOA .ai team and coordinate with Identity Digital’s support managers.
• Manage all written and verbal inquiries from GOA.ai registrars, and local registrants.
• Provide weekly or ad‑hoc status reports on TLD progress, registry health, and project milestones.
• Support Identity Digital’s PR and communication specialists, handling escalations and drafting communications.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to external stakeholders, both in‑person and via web‑conferencing.
• Develop and maintain business and technical requirement documents, reports, procedures, and manuals.
• Participate in incident post‑mortems and technical reviews to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain a physical presence in Anguilla and travel as required for domestic and international initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and liaison within a technical or public‑sector environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting official documents and reports.
• Ability to work on‑site in Anguilla and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
