Line Cook 3 – Luxury Resort Kitchen

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Line Cook 3 to join the kitchen team at its Forbes Travel Guide Five‑Star resort in Anguilla. The role involves preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day‑to‑day operation of a designated station in the kitchen.
• Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials.
• Complete mise en place, pars, and set‑up for the station.
• Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines to maintain quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area and store items properly at shift end.
• Report any accidents immediately, regardless of severity.

Required profile

• One to two years of experience in a food & beverage outlet.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a hot, noisy kitchen.

Required skills

• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
