Operations Manager, Supply Chain Division

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the Supply Chain Division, ensuring deep product knowledge and delivering user‑focused solutions. You will bridge design insights with operational execution to drive impactful product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Product knowledge: develop a deep understanding of the technology and features of the assigned product area.
• Research: provide human and business impact insights for products.
• Deliverables: create competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes and other artifacts that solve real user problems.
• Communication: convey UX findings clearly to design teams, cross‑functional partners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industry experience in interactive design or visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of trends in mobile, communications and collaboration.
• Proven ability to impact shipped products through design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.
• Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups and communication artifacts.
• Capability to scope, estimate effort accurately and prioritize tasks independently.
