About the role

UP Girl is seeking a passionate and organised Programme Delivery Lead to join its leadership team in Anguilla. You will guide the planning and execution of programmes that empower girls and young women, turning ideas into impactful experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of UP Girl programmes, events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with volunteers, speakers, mentors and partner organisations.
• Develop timelines, schedules and action plans to keep activities on track.
• Design engaging experiences that meet participants' needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand existing programmes.
• Ensure smooth execution and high‑quality standards for all activities.
• Collect feedback and assist in evaluating programme impact.

Required profile

• Based in Anguilla and able to support in‑person activities.
• Organised, proactive and reliable.
• Strong communicator and natural connector.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
• Passionate about empowering girls and young women.
