Senior Full Stack Typescript Engineer (AI)
kindgeeks
Job description
About the role
Kindgeek is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer who thinks in systems, not tools, to build and operate an AI Product Systems platform for a US‑based fintech client. You will own end‑to‑end solutions that combine LLM agents, ML predictions and deterministic business logic.
Key responsibilities
- Design multi‑agent extraction pipelines that deliver context to specialized agents without over‑loading them.
- Build AI‑powered product features such as structured extraction, tool use and multi‑agent workflows with clear validation boundaries.
- Own feature development from ambiguous business problems through Postgres schema, API contracts, background workflows and UI, ensuring production reliability.
- Design durable, event‑driven workflows handling retries, partial failures and idempotency across unpredictable third‑party integrations.
- Integrate in‑house ML predictions into product surfaces, managing timeouts and low‑confidence scenarios.
- Develop user interfaces in Next.js and React for review queues, collaborative forms and multi‑step flows where state correctness is critical.
- Make AI/ML behavior measurable through tracing, evaluation and iterative improvement.
Required profile
- Production experience designing or operating multi‑agent AI systems beyond simple RAG.
- Delivered at least one LLM‑powered feature to production and can discuss a concrete failure mode and mitigation.
- Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) with strong judgment on verification.
- Strong spoken English and low‑ego, direct communication, comfortable working with a US client.
Required skills
- TypeScript and Node.js backend development with typed API contracts (tRPC, GraphQL).
- Modern React experience (Next.js App Router) with server‑state handling and complex forms.
- PostgreSQL schema design and migrations on live data.
- Asynchronous, event‑driven backend work (job queues, durable workflow engines).
- Consuming ML predictions in application code, handling confidence and uncertainty.
- Experience with AI agents, multi‑agent pipelines, and LLM integration.
What we offer
- Professional growth with training, certification refunds and regular technical reviews.
- Competitive compensation, 18 days paid vacation, 10 sick days (50% compensated) and study leave options.
- Health insurance packages varying with tenure.
- Corporate English courses with 50% reimbursement and access to a library and training catalog.
- Community clubs, volunteering opportunities and a hybrid work model (remote or at the London Hub in Lviv).
