Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant maintains cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, work-out areas, tennis and games room at the Four Seasons Anguilla resort. The position calls for a high level of professionalism, a friendly and calm demeanour in a sometimes demanding environment, and a passion for providing best-in-class service. It is a casual, part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with their spa appointments
• Introduce guests to spa practitioners such as massage therapists and fitness instructors
• Retrieve, fold, deliver and store products, and set up and clean the waiting area
• Maintain cleanliness and set-ups in locker rooms and work-out areas
• Help other staff with set-up and breakdown of treatment areas
• Keep informed about daily resort activities and take part in scheduled meetings
• Respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously and professionally

Required profile

• One to two years' previous experience in a spa; previous experience in a luxury hotel is an asset
• Ability to work day and evening shifts, holidays and/or weekends
• Strong communication skills
