Business Analyst – SAP Finance (Remote, LATAM/India)

About the role

Our consulting client seeks an experienced Business Analyst with deep SAP Finance (FI) expertise to support business and technology initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. The role is fully remote, serving teams in LATAM, India, and Canada, and requires overlap with Canadian business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze current finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP and other technology teams.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities, acting as liaison between business and technical groups.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong functional knowledge and hands‑on experience with SAP Finance (FI) modules.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work independently and within distributed teams.
