Director of Landscaping

About the role

The Director of Landscaping will lead the landscaping and vehicles departments at Four Seasons’ five‑star resort in Anguilla. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will shape the outdoor guest experience through strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute the resort’s landscaping strategy.
• Manage the Profit and Loss statement for the Landscaping Department.
• Communicate effectively across all hotel departments and maintain strong inter‑departmental relationships.
• Lead, schedule, train, discipline and evaluate all landscaping staff.
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews and employee development.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to protect assets and guest safety.

Required profile

• Passion for horticulture that enhances the guest experience.
• Certification in horticulture.
• Three to five years of experience in a comparable role within a luxury environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Extensive knowledge of landscaping operations and best practices.
