About the role

The Scrum Master supports the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint. They educate others on Agile methodologies, facilitate the Scrum process, protect the team from interference, and remove obstacles to achieve the sprint goal.

Key responsibilities

• Build and coach high‑performing teams.
• Strengthen teams' understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.
• Ensure team actions align with project goals and vision.
• Promote and improve Scrum practices within and across teams.
• Provide transparency to business and IT, fostering trust.
• Identify trade‑offs between short‑ and long‑term benefits to drive shared vision.
• Foster a continuous learning environment for inspection and adaptation.
