Commercial Executive

About the role

Digicel Anguilla is looking for a Commercial Executive to support commercial and marketing initiatives in the Anguilla market. Reporting to the Operations Manager and the Northwest Indies Commercial Team, you will help translate mobile and FTTH plans into actionable on‑ground activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the commercial plan for all product sets and channels, including in‑market product testing and data collection.
• Assist Marketing with pop‑up shop setup, logistics, and promotional campaign roll‑outs.
• Gather data, prepare basic reports, and flag revenue leakage or unusual patterns for senior review.
• Provide administrative support to local P&L initiatives and maintain accurate records of commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a telecom commercial or technical commercial role.
• Basic understanding of the telecom industry and willingness to learn policies and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
