Retail Sales Agent – Customer Support & Sales

About the role

Digicel is looking for a Retail Sales Agent to join its Anguilla retail stores. The role combines first‑level customer support with sales activities, focusing on both prepaid and postpaid activations while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by driving prepaid and postpaid activations.
• Activate, adjust, and manage customer accounts.
• Promote new products, services, and add‑on features to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide end‑to‑end ownership of the sales process, from initial contact through after‑sales support.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on promotions and procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced retail or sales environment, preferably within telecommunications.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal‑driven mindset focused on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives.
