Pool and Beach Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Pool and Beach Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our luxury resort’s beach and pool areas in the Caribbean. This hands‑on leadership position ensures a safe, immaculate environment and delivers an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily beach and pool operations, maintaining high‑touch service throughout the day.
• Lead, train, schedule and motivate the beach and pool team to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure all chairs, umbrellas, towels, cabanas and surrounding areas are impeccably maintained and presented.
• Monitor guest needs proactively, providing personalized service and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety standards; conduct regular inspections and coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping and F&B for maintenance.
• Manage inventory and guarantee adequate supplies are always available.
• Support special events, private functions and VIP arrangements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and communicate issues to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort or beach club.
• Caribbean experience and Forbes Travel Guide experience are essential.
• Energetic, physically active leader with stamina for an outdoor role.
• Strong leadership, team development and guest‑relations abilities.
• Knowledge of pool and beach safety standards; lifeguard or pool‑safety certification is a strong asset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
