Join the vibrant team at Cip's by Cipraini, part of the renowned Belmond brand, as a Sous Chef specialized in Italian cuisine. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create exquisite dishes that reflect the essence of Italian culinary tradition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparation, and presentation of food according to the established menu.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff while ensuring health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and improve menu offerings.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain consistent quality and creativity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in Italian cuisine.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
