Banquet House Attendant

About the role

The Banquet House Attendant provides exceptional service to guests at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, from setting up banquet rooms and cleaning to planning and execution. The role requires a professional demeanor, a positive attitude and responsibility, taking initiative when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms with equipment for functions according to contracts received from the Catering department.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all storage rooms.
• Clean function rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, carpet shampooing, cleaning mirrors, marble and sand urns.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates and boxes from the receiving dock, store them safely and log them where appropriate.
• Respond promptly to hotel emergencies or safety situations.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

Required profile

• Hospitality spirit to connect with guests.
• Friendly and calm demeanor.
• Previous experience in food and beverage roles; employment experience in luxury hotels is considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills.

Schedule and hours: successful candidates are hired as casual, part-time employees and are expected to work day and night shifts, holidays and/or weekends.
