Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

As the Marketing & Communications Manager you will shape the brand narrative of Cap Juluca, a Belmond luxury resort in the Caribbean. Reporting to the Brand Associate Director and working closely with senior hotel leadership, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives that attract and delight guests before, during, and after their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision and oversee all marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the Caribbean region.
• Lead 360° marketing plans across website, digital advertising, email, social media, print, events, partnerships, photoshoots and collateral to grow revenue.
• Adapt marketing plans in real time to respond to shifting sales patterns and business needs.
• Ensure brand consistency across every marketing and social media touchpoint, protecting both the property and the global Belmond identity.
• Partner with Operations and HR to craft exceptional guest journeys from acquisition through advocacy.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with luxury brands, cultural institutions, artists, community programs, wellness practitioners and chefs.
• Support and promote regional sustainability initiatives.
• Manage and develop the Sales & Marketing Assistant in Anguilla, fostering continuous learning and brand alignment.
• Represent Belmond at industry events, entertaining key partners, influencers and media.
• Track market trends, data and competitor activity to anticipate guest needs.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an international luxury hotel brand and the Caribbean market.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership abilities and strong communication and presentation skills.
